Because it is Eurovision
May. 21st, 2021 06:09 pmTo all at the mansion, you are cordially invited to celebrate one of the two annual parties that my cousin and I host involving possibly irresponsible amounts of alcohol and food, a live commentary thread on the journals, and the heights of European ridiculousness.
(the other one, of course, is the national costume portion of the Miss Universe pageant)
Tomorrow is the Grand Final of Eurovision. If this is your first year attending, please understand that the answer to all questions you might have is "because it is Eurovision".
For example: why is every instrument covered in rhinestones? Because it is Eurovision.
It will be an entertaining, though not always comprehensible, time.
