She's not missing. She quit the Centre a few months ago and left New York and got a new job. She's fine, just a bit incommunicado.

But I suppose that is normal for our familial interactions. What is that expression Laurie used once? Ah yes. We put the 'fun' in 'dysfunctional'.

Well, Doug got the "Dear John" letter, but the rest of us found out from the boss. I think maybe she just needed to get away for a while.

She does have her ways, that's for sure. I shared a suite with her for a couple of years and this one still surprised me. She'll be all right, tho' - when she's done with things, she'll let us know.
